Austin, TX (July 10, 2020) – A morning crash left one person seriously injured in the Austin area on Friday. At approximately 8 a.m., on July 10, the Austin Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 700 block of East Stassney Lane.
Reports from APD show that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the eastbound side of Stassney Lane for unknown reasons. The pedestrian sustained serious injuries in the accident. The Austin-Travis County EMS transported the injured victim to a local hospital for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
